Since the sun has finally decided to come out in Boulder, we think it’s the perfect time to introduce you to our new summer cocktails.
Served in 20oz bowls, our Summer Cooler and Basil Strawberry Lemonade are both made with fresh squeezed juices and ingredients muddled right before your eyes. It’s ok if your mouth is watering at the bar.
The Summer Cooler features locally made cucumber infused vodka, St. Germain liquor, lavender simple syrup and fresh squeezed lime juice and cucumber. We muddle the cucumber and lime with the lavender, shake, and top with soda for that effervescence that’s so appropriate for a summer cocktail.
Our Basil Strawberry Lemonade mixes locally made strawberry infused vodka, basil simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice and strawberries. Once the lemon, strawberries and basil simple syrup are muddled, we shake and top with soda for a lemonade that would make Beyoncé jealous.
Sip one (or both, whatever) on our patio and soak in that Colorado sunshine!
